PROCEDURE FOR THE REGISTRATION OF NEW FIRMS
All registered sources of North Central Railway are automatically treated as
registered sources for their respective trade groups and up to their respective
monetary on their request in Division.
1.1When the new source approach the division for registration with request on their
Letter head, after consideration they are being registered in Division subject to
Confirmation of:-
i.State Sales/ Trade Tax Registration Certificate & Returns.
ii.Electricity Connection Receipt & Monthly Bill.
iii.Telephone Bill.
iv.Shop and / or Office Registration Certificate with Local Municipal Body.
v.Income Tax Return.
vi.Annual Turn – over.
vii.Statement of past performance(Firms not having past performance are
registered provisionally for 3-6 months).
1.1The firms are being registered for Board Categories of items like computer parts,
Hardware, Stationary, Electricals etc.( The Categories are decided as per need).
1.2Railway / Division reserves the rights to reject or ignore the application of any
firm for registration without assigning any reason.

Note: All the firms are advised to get their registration renewed by 30.12-2012 duly making
request and send the information/document cited above.If no information is received
this office can delete name of the any firm without assigning any reason.
