ORGANISATIONAL SETUP
Indian Railways Track Machines Training Centre, Allahabad is headed by a Principal, who is assisted by a Vice Principal and 8 Instructors. In addition there are 6 Gr. ‘C’ ministerial/artisan and 8 Gr. ‘D’ staff to run the office and for other miscellaneous works. Presently, 3 posts of Instructors, 1 post of Steno and 1 post of Sr. Clerk are lying vacant. Sr.AFA, Concrete Sleeper Plant, Subedarganj is the Associate Finance of the training centre.

The sanctioned strength of Instructors is 8 including 2 Work charge posts. There is clear vacancy of 3 Sr. Instructors and Sh. R.K.Dhiman* Sr. Instructor on roll has already exceeded the maximum tenure. Also, Sh. V.K.Dube# Ch. Instructor has been posted temporarily without screening. Although GM/P has issued Screening Notification for 5 Instructors on 25.02.09, yet Screening is not done till date.
