            “A” ROUTE

                      1.1  Bina(excl)-Dholpur (excl)

1Interlocking – All the stations on the route are interlocked to Std. III except Jhansi which is interlocked to Std I.

2Type of signaling –

1.All stations are provided with Panel interlocking except Daulta & Sikroda. Daulta is MACLS with Rotary switch panel & Sikroda,Chirula is provided with Electronic interlocking. Jhansi & Gwalior are provided with Route Relay Interlocking.

2.The entire route is having double distant signaling.

3Special features – 

1)On entire Jhansi - Bina section, Axle Counter Block Working have been provided (19 block sections).

             1.2 Jhansi – Kanpur

1Interlocking - Std -III Interlocking at all the stations.

2Signaling - PI at 14 stations, EI at 04Station (Mustara, Garhmau, Paricha, Rasulpur Gogamau), MACLS with end cabin at 03 stations (Parauna, Nandkhas & Bhua).

3Block Working - Absolute block working with Diado Tokenless Block Instrument & Universal fail safe block interface working in 05 sections (Jhansi-Mustara, Mustara-Garhmau, Garhmau-Paricha, Rasulpur Gogamau-Paman, Rasulpur Gogamau-Bhimsen).

4Special Features:

1.The entire route is having double distant signalling.

2.All block sections on Jhansi-Bhimsen are provided BPAC with Tokenless BI & 05 section with UFSBI. In Jhansi-Mustara, Mustara-Garhmau, Garhmau-Paricha section Dual detection SSDAC have been provided alongwith doubling of line from Jhansi to Paricha.

         1.3 Khairar –Bhimsen(excl) section is provided with MACLS signaling except LC-S1. PI Std-II R (04 Stations), MACLS Std-III with end cabin (05 Stations). PI Stations Yamunasouthbank, Ragaul, Akona, Hamirpur MACLS stations Bharuasumerpur, Katara Road, Patara Road, Ghatampur, IchauliBlock panel with UFSBI in Khairar-Ichouli.

        1.4  Jhansi – Khairar (excl) section is provided with LQ two aspects signalling with MNI signalling at 2 stations (Belatal, Kulpahar), MACLS signalling with MNI at 3 stations (Mauranipur, Rora, Harpalpur) PI at 7 stations namely Mahoba, Kabrai, Mataundh, Orcha, Baruasagar, Niwari & Teharka MACLS Signaling with STD-I at 1 station viz Ranipur Road.  EI is sanctioned at 6 stations. Block panel with UFSBI in Mataundh- Khairar section.

        1.5 Mahoba – Khajuraho: Panel interlocking at 02 Stations Khajuraho & Singhpurdumra with Neale’s ball token block instrument.

1.6 Khairar – Manikpur (excl):LQ two aspect signaling Std–III (05 Stations) and 05 PI at Chitrakut, Shivrampur, Badausa, Dingwai,  Khoh Std-II-R and 01 EI at Atarra,Khairar,Khurand, Station with Std- IIIR. Work of tokenless block is completed and complete section provided with tokenless block instrument and Block panel with UFSBI in Atarra-Badausa and Atarra-Khurand,Khairar-Banda, section. EI is sanctioned at 05 stations.

1.7 Lalitpur- Khajuraho(excl);MACLS Std –II R, PI stations (08 stations) i.e. Birari, Udaipura,Tikamgarh, Sarkanpur, Khargapur, Isanagar, Chhatarpur, Duriaganj, With Diado tokenless block instrument in block section out of which 02 section (Udaipura,-Tikamgarh & Tikamgarh –Sarkanpur) provided with Neale’s ball token instrument. BPAC provided in Sarkanpur to Khajuraho , 05 nos block section.

1.8 Bhind-Udimore section is equipped with MACLS Udi (01 Stn) PI, Std-II-R with Diado tokenless block instrument in UDI-ETW section with BPAC and Neals ball token instrument in UDI-BIX section.

             “E” ROUTE-

      1.9 Birlanagar–Bhind section is equipped with MACLS Std-I stations (5 stations).

      1.10 Gwalior NG and Dholpur NG sections LQ two aspect signalling. All stations are NI.

   1.11 AIT- Konch section- Konch station is provided with PI (MACLS).One train only system.

2.2     VHF Sets: All Block stations on the division including branch lines, narrow gauge and ‘E’ route have been provided with high power 25 W VHF sets. Total 840VHF 5W sets are distributed among Drivers, Guards & other 1060 VHF sets are distributed to various departments.

2.4     OFC- exists on Dholpur – Bina and Jhansi-Kanpur sections of the division. Long haul circuits & connectivity of various exchanges on the route has been done on OFC. Wherever possible PRS & FOIS have been also transferred on OFC. OFC Works on Jhansi-Banda-Manikpur and Khairar-Bhimsen are sanctioned and being executed by RCIL.

2.5     RAILNET- There are 450 nodes of Railnet connected on LAN &.181 nodes are provided at different locations of division on DSLAM.

2.6     FOIS points available at Jhansi (47nodes) & 1 each at Morena, Diamond cement power plant, Paricha thermal power plant, Banda, Gwalior, Rayaru, Datia, Karari, Lalitpur, Orai, Mahoba,  Malanpur, Kabrai, Bhimsen, Jhansi W/Bridg, Dabra, Harpalpur and Niwari.

2.7BSNL Telephones have been provided at 129 stations out of 131.

2.8CUG Connections - Total 5270 CUG connections are provided to various departments on the division.

2.9MTRC is provided on Dholpur-Jhansi section consisting of 19 BTS stations. Total 236/236 Sets/SIMs are distributed among various subscribers.

Achievement during the year to improve assets reliability.(2017-18)

SIGNALLING:-

1.

At Teharaka, P.I.has been commissioned on dt 5/10/17 in place of MNI STN along-with IPS, Data logger, Pt machine, solar panel, LED signal,LC-383 converted to POLB and interlocked.

2.

At Khoh, P.I.has been commissioned on dt 14.11.17 in place of LQ Std-III along-with IPS, Data logger, Pt machine, solar panel, LED signal,LC-499 converted to POLB from Mechanical and Khoh(Bahilpurva side) Daido block instrument provided in place of push button podanur.

3.

Hamirpur station has been converted from MNI to PI alongwith with IPS, Datalogger, LED signal, Solar panel, 02 Nos BPAC Hamirpur (Yamunasouthbank side & Ghatampur side), and LC-48 interlocked and converted to POLB from Mechanical Gate on date 21.09.17.

4.

06 Nos Tokenless Daido block instrument have been commissioned in place of Neals Ball token instrument i.e. Hamirpur (Yamunasouthbank side & Ghatampur side), Yamunasouthbank (Hamirpur side), Ghatampur (Hamirpur side), Teharka(Niwari side), Niwari(Teharaka side).

5.

In Basai – Matatila, Basai-Budpura, Jakhaura-Bijrotha, Jhansi-Bijouli, Talbehat-Matatila, Talbehat-Daulta ,Daulta-Bijrotha,Babina-Burhpura, sections, Block panel, make Deltron, with UFSBI have been commissioned in place of old CEL make Block instrument.

6.

Total 07 Station, 01 IBH and 03 LC Gate, Dataloggers have been networked with Signal/Control/ Jhansi i.e. at Chitrakut, Shivrampur, Badausa, Dingwai, Teharka, Konch, Khoh, Ananthpeth-Antri IB, LC-117, 119, 123.

7.

At Birlanagar, Banmore, Sank, Morena, Ananthpeth, Antri, Rayaru, Dabra, Sithouli, Gwalior- 02,Sikroda, Jakhlaun and LC-119 IPS version 2012 (Statcon make)Total 14 Nos have been provided in place of old 2000 specification IPS.

Total 228Nos Modified LEDs have been replaced in Jhansi division.

9.

Lalitpur-Dailwara, Lalitpur-Jiron ,Jiron-Jakhlon,Talbehat-Matatila, Talbehat-Daulta ,Daulta-Bijrotha Jakhaura-Bijrotha, Babina-Burhpura,Jakhaura-Dailwara,Babina-Khajraha dual detection with MSDAC (Frausher make) has been commissioned.

10.

Agasod-Malkhedi, BPAC has been commissioned by analog axle counter make Byculla.

11.

LC-310(BINA-AGD),368(JHS-KRQ),429,387(RNRD-MRPR),356(BAB),359(KHJ) , 355(BAB-BPW) has been closed for road traffice since RUB commissioned .

12.

Total defective cable attended in division Telecom cable-81.529Km, Signal cable-50.775 Km.

13.

Line wise segregation have been Provided in 17 Nos Block section.

14.

Perimetric earthing have been provided at 14 Nos station, 6 Nos I.B. & 135Nos D.P.( Maintenance free earth ).

15.

Khairar,Khurand mechanical siganalling replaced with Electronic Interlocking( Medha make)  commissioned

16.

Jhansi-Paricha Double line have been commissioned .

17.

MSV,GRM,PIC Electronic Interlocking( Siemen’s make)  commissioned in place of PI working.

    Telecom:-

1.

New UTS have been commissioned at Sarkanpur, khargapur& Duriyaganj station.

2.

Wi- Fi facility has been commissioned at Orai Station..

3.

Manual PA system have been commissioned at Ohan & Bahilpurva Station.

4.

PC based Announcement, Train Display Board & Coach Indication Bords have been commissioned at Khajuraho station.

5.

PC based Announcement have been commissioned at Kulphar & Birlanagar Station.

6.

.25 Watt VHF set has been provided at Chirula Station.

7.

FCT Phone with CUG have been provided at Mustra station, Mustra TSS, Nandkhas station, PTSC, Lalpur station, Lalpur TSS & Parauna station.

8.

Lalpur, Mustra, Birari, & Udaipura UTS have been transferred on Railway OFC channel from V- SAT.

9.

NMS for UTS has been commissioned at Jhansi S&T PRS office.

10.

New CUG Sims 100 Nos for ART/ARMV of Jhansi Division have been provided to Sr. DME (O&F) Jhansi.

11.

01no GPS based Digital clock has been provided ar Mauranipur station..

12.

TSR circuit has been provided at Mahoba station..

13.

SCADA channel has been commissioned between Jhansi – Mustra TSS.

14.

All BSNL circuits have been transferred in BSNL MUX at Gwalior Exchange.

15.

Gate Phone on LC Gate 165, 168 in AIT – Parauna , 173 & 174 in Bhua – Ait, 177 &180 in Orai – Bhua, 401 in Harpalpur – Ghutai, 185 in Orai – ATA, 146 in Nandkhas – Moth, 136 in Chirgaon – Nandkhas & 226 in Paman – RPGU have been provided.

16.

Repeater for improving CUG Network have been provided at DRM Jhansi’s Chamber, Sr.DSTE/ office, Sr. DFM/office & Railway Hospital Jhansi.

17.

Up gradation of security help line 182 has been done.
