8.1.3 Industrial Relations
Industrial relation with Recognized Union andSC/ST Association as well as with OBC Association is very cordial. 01 Meeting with NCRMU has been held in Jan - 2013.
8.1.4Schools and Colleges
After merger of all type of schools there is one N.C.R. Inter College (From Class I) run by division at TDL.
8.1.5Scouts and Guides
In the Allahabad district there are 234 Scouts, 523 Rovers, 82 Leaders, 76 Guides, 157 Rangers, 28 Leaders, 37 Cubs and 00 Bulbuls.
Total=1127 candidates exist for Scout & Guide activity.
8.1.6Mahila Samiti
There are 3 branches of Mahila Samiti in this Division one each at ALD, CNB &TDL.
8.1.7N.C.R.W.W.O
N.C.R.W.W.O./Allahabad has 31 members. It is actively associated with the welfare of the employees of the Division and their families. It is also actively involved in social welfare program under the guidance of Central N.C.R.W.W.O.
8.1.8Clubs and Institutes
There are 05 Clubs- (Recreation Club at CUK, CAR Coral Club/ALD, Area Club/CNB& Friends Club at TDL), 11 Institutes one each at MZP, NYN, ALD, FTP, CNB, GMC, ETW, SKB, MNQ, TDL, and ALJN. 03 Officers Clubs, 01 each at ALD, CNB&TDL on this division.
8.1.9Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic Dispensary
There are 03 Homoeopathic Dispensaries, 01 each at ALD, CNB&TDL & no Ayurvedic dispensary.
8.1.10Computerization
Implementation ofPRIME
PRIME has been implemented with successful running of all tours in the Pay Module besides the PL Bonus – 2010& 2011 has been successfully generated and the Income Tax module is running successfully. Leave account of all staff in HQ, A & B tours have been opened and leave availed in from the month of July’10 is being posted. PRIME (Settlement Module) has also been implemented and has successfully generated, all the Settlement Payment from the month of May 2011 is being made through PRIME.
Digitalization of Seniority lists
All such seniority lists have been digitalized.Seniority list have been uploaded on the website onIP-122. 252. 244.171 that will be linked to N.C. Railway website soon.
Computerization of Personnel Branch
In first phase, 20 computers have been received in Feb.13 from GM/NCR to computerize the Personnel Branch.
