1. DIESEL SHEDS
(i)Diesel Loco Shed, Jhansi
Diesel Loco Shed, Jhansi, homes 119 BG locos as per following breakup-
WDM2 - 09
WDM3A - 45
WDM3D - 24
WDG3A - 31
WDS6 - 10
Total - 119
Diesel Shed Jhansi based 01 WDG3A locomotive is under condemnation at Parel Workshop/Central Railway, 01 WDM2 &01 WDM3A locomotives are also under condemnation in Diesel Shed Jhansi.
(ii) Gwalior and Dholpur-
There are NG loco sheds at Gwalior and Dholpur with GWL homing 10 NDM5 Narrow Gauge locomotives and 01 Diesel Rail Car for 2’ gauge Gwaliar- Sabalgarh- Shivpur Kalan N.G. section of about 200Kms, and Dholpur homing 05 ZDM5 locos for 2’ 6” gauge Dholpur-Shirmutra-Tantpur section of about 71 Kms.
(iii) Agra Cantt-
a) WDM2 Shunting Locos-
16 WDM2 inferior (Over aged) locomotives are homed to cater the shunting activities of ALD & AGC division as per Power Plan of inferior locos.
Diesel Shed Agra based 01 over aged WDM2 locomotive is under condemnation.
b) MG Rail Bus-
There are two Diesel Rail Bus based at Mathura. These Rail Buses are equipped with Cummins engine and Voith Transmission. It operates on the MG section between Mathura and Vrindavan 5 trips per day.
c) DEMU at Agra
There are Two DEMU Rake based at AGC. This DEMU gives six days service in a week between AF-BTE-BKI, three trips per day.
2. ARTs and ARMVs
ARTs and ARMVs are maintained at the following locations to meet exigencies arising out of accidents:
(i) Accident Relief Trains
a) Allahabad Division:-
ARTs-Allahabad, Kanpur and Tundla
140 tonne Diesel Hydraulic Gottwald Crane
& Bulldozer- Kanpur
b) Jhansi Division:-
ARTs-Jhansi
Self-propelled ART -Banda
140 tonne Diesel Hydraulic Jessop Crane- Jhansi
c) Agra Division:-
ARTs- Agra Cantt
140 tonne Diesel Hydraulic Gottwald Crane- Agra Cantt
(ii) Accident Relief Medical Vans (ARMVs):
a) Allahabad Division- Kanpur, Tundla,
Self-propelled ARMV- Allahabad
b) Jhansi Division- Jhansi and Banda
c) Agra Division- Agra Cantt
3. RUNNING ROOM AND DRIVER LOBBY
a)RUNNING ROOM-
Running Room for Diesel Drivers is located at Allahabad, Farrukhabad, Gwalior, Manikpur, Khajuraho, Sabalgargh (NG), Shivpur kalan (NG) and Banda.
b) DRIVER LOBBY-
Driver Lobby for Diesel Drivers is located at Allahabad, Chheoki, Gwalior and Banda.
