Under Project Saksham, a workshop o­n skill development and stress management was organized at Disaster Management room, NCR headquarter o­n 28.03.2018 in which around 100 staff of Commercial Department participated. Chief speaker for the event was Shri M.N. Ojha, PCCM, NCR who spoke about various techniques of stress management. He motivated the employees by using poems of Mahadevi Verma, Dinkar and Nirala.

Other prominent speakers were Shri Vijoy Kumar Singh, CCM/PS who emphasized the importance of health in terms of social, physical and mental well being; Shri D.K. Verma, CPTM safety aspects in train operations, Shri Arun Rathore, CTPM, asked employees to remain free and fearless while executing their duties.

ACM/HQ, Shri V.K. Dwivedi proposed the vote of thanks. Staff felt very energetic and motivated at the end of the session.
